Landscaping Foreman

To be successful in this role, you will have a positive “can-do” attitude and be able to lead, organise, and motivate your team to deliver high-end gardens for our clients in Surrey and the surrounding areas.
You’ll need a keen eye for detail, a proven track record in all aspects of landscape construction, and experience leading high-end residential landscaping projects from start to sign-off.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lead and manage residential landscaping projects on time and within budget.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a landscaping team of 2–3 landscapers on-site.
  • Expertise in reading design drawings, setting out sites and levels, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Experience using plant machinery safely.
  • Advanced knowledge in laying paving, setts, stone, blockwork, brickwork, and retaining walls.
  • Excellence in constructing decking, fencing, and timber structures.
  • Understanding of shrub and tree planting, turfing, and seeding.
